Re: Charlestown NH: Civilian dies, trooper shot, public full of questions

Well you bet there are questions.

And the number one question is why hasn't Kelly raided the home of Gregory W. Floyd?

Floyd more than likely has a worse record with the police than Jarvis and he is KNOWN to have violated Federal and State gun laws.

But because he killed a cop killer, they -- and Kelly in particular -- coddle him.

And by the way, here is your evil cop killer in new video taken just before he started running into that jerk cop Bruce McKay.

How many dissidents and bloggers does it take to get the government to act right?

It's a trick question.

The government never really acts right, at least not in New Hampshire.

Re: Charlestown NH: Civilian dies, trooper shot, public full of questions

Why force people to fight, the police could of left a note for them to report to the police station. Then they could of stood by to watch the house and keep everyone at bay until they surrendered peaceably.

It's difficult to know who to hate most in this story

Is it the racist hick stealing, then waving the Nazi flag?

Is it the white supremacist's father who responds to state troopers knocking on his trailer door by threatening them with weapons?

Or is it the state troopers who could have resolved the situation peacefully but decided instead to storm a trailer after its armed occupant told them not to and find themselves shot at?

Also the Darren Tufts case is troubling.

Take a look at this one:

christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/09/darren-tufts-case-shows-that-kingcast.html

Darren Tufts guns were not loaded, but Kelly cleared the police as usual. You want more, read the Paulhus case in Nashua where the police violated his Miranda rights and pretended to be from the AG's office. This was a COURT RULING.

Kelly did nothing about it.

And let's not forget the Michael Addision Miranda violations, that Kelly excused by saying that the police did nothing wrong.

Her actions besmirch the legal community at large, and her office in the specific.

Quote-of-the-Moment

I say we take the oil. I don't think people realize the super-crisis mode the North Country is in. When you talk about the cost of fuel oil and how it hits a family, our average family income is half what it is down in southern New Hampshire.
-- Republican Sen. John Gallus on 'controversy' of accepting oil assistance for low income people from Citgo and the socialist government of Venezuela.
