Shell casings prove Gregory Floyd lied about shooting Liko Kenney; Ayotte must reopen murder case on Floyd.

Look at the casings folks.

christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/05/kingcast-raises-more-troubling.html";

I've been waiting for a while for this and if anyone can prove me wrong have at it: Connect the dots, Kelly. Those are McKay's shells (they are numbered 19, 20, 24 etc.) in the background I dunno 25-30 feet away from where Liko's car ends up. Note that McKay's Sig as pictured is going to discharge casings on the right, same way Liko's casing ended up on his windshield when he shot from the left, as reflected at Item #9.

Therefore Floyd was standing well down the way, i.e. more than 30 feet away when he started firing, which of course means he wasn't talking to Liko as he would claim at some point in his interview. "

Also if Floyd was really standing at car side talking to Liko there wouldn't be any broken glass at Caleb's window (Caleb said Floyd shot right through it) nor would there be a bullet in the barn and in Liko's windshield. Take a look, I've been working hard:

And Kelly has no fingerprint evidence that might explain how and why Gregory Floyd went home with one of Liko's live rounds in his pocket?

Yah, right.

And in his interview Floyd says "he wasn't thinking about killin' anyone 'cos he could have put two in Liko's heart...." so instead he shot him right in the head where he stood no chance of living.

Wait until we get done analysing the audio we know exists from the Right channel: See McKay thought he was slick by muting the 2way radio as seen in this picture:

christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/05/kingcast-asks-why-was-bruce-mckay.html

And by shutting off the remote mike for the front seat/outdoor audio that comes on with the video when the blue lights come on, but he effed up and left the back seat audio on and you can hear it faintly even on most online versions. Dig the new RSA 91-A request for ALL audio and video:

christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/05/kingcast-rsa-91-request-to-kelly-ayotte.html

Why was McKay cutting off all sound when audio should have been his friend?

PS you know he violated direct policy on the pursuit right?

Got this in the lawsuit:

christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/04/kingcast-epiphany-on-liko-kenneys.html

Second is Policy D: Pursuit Tactics:
(3) Officer shall not attempt to overtake a fleeing vehicle.

(4) Officers may not intentionally use their vehicle to bump or ram the suspect's vehicle in order to force the vehicle to stop or to be pushed into a ditch.

Pursuit shall be immediately terminated in any of the following circumstances:

(E) The suspects identity has been established to the point that later apprehension can be accomplished, and there is no longer any need for immediate apprehension.

*******

What part of that did McKay not understand? Over a damn inspection sticker? Something in the water does not compute. I hate this guy -- he also violated the OC Spray policies and then he died.

Forgot to say in conjunction with that policy, click on the picture in this post:

What an ass. We also know he was on meds, and that 2006 Ethics Complaint Attorney Troy Watts told me existed did indeed exist even though Franconia couldn't seem to find it.

Grafton County Prosecutor Ricardo St. Hilaire is preparing it for me right now and I'll have it this week.

Heads should roll. McKay never should have been a cop. Negligent hire, retention, supervision, and malicious abuse of public office all the way, dawg.

All. The. Way.

Re: Shell casings prove Gregory Floyd lied about shooting Liko Kenney; Ayotte must reopen murder case on Floyd.

I mean, how can anyone with a straight face tell me that Liko was not in fear of his life with a maniac like McKay doing what he was doing, and then Liko and Caleb were calling to Floyd to witness and he was steady ignoring them.

In point of fact Caleb's interview he says "I think I made eye contact with Floyd because....." and then the interviewer adeptly cuts him off and the conversation never comes up again.

Utter crap is the State's case.

But of course none of this really matters. None of what I say matters and obviously the damn ethics complaint filed against McKay in 2006 by Attorney Troy Watts didn't matter either, so the town threw it out.

Read the certified envelopes, now the town says "I dunno.... I guess the dog ate it."

Quote-of-the-Moment

I say we take the oil. I don't think people realize the super-crisis mode the North Country is in. When you talk about the cost of fuel oil and how it hits a family, our average family income is half what it is down in southern New Hampshire.
-- Republican Sen. John Gallus on 'controversy' of accepting oil assistance for low income people from Citgo and the socialist government of Venezuela.
