Liko's gun and clip wiped clean?http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/3492/newfranconia0090ci0.png
Kelly Ayotte has been trying to ignore my request for the fingerprint information but she has to give it up per Piper v. U.S. DOJ 294 F. Supp. 2d 16 (2003), as noted in the main linky. And doesn't that kinda' show that Liko didn't even have his second clip in the gun when Gregory W. Floyd murdered him, oh yah. And it look like it been done wiped clean, don't it? Shawl 'nuff do…. You saw it first on KingCast vision.
That's why Kelly doesn't want to give me the fingerprint analysis, but she will. Accord Piper v. United States DOJ, 294 F. Supp. 2d 16 (2003) and New Hampshire's own Trooper Cooper.http://christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/02/nh-ag-kelly-ayotte-is-in-trouble.html
You're going down, Kelly. Down, down, down.Read more at True Crime Weblog as linked below.
I say we take the oil. I don't think people realize the super-crisis mode the North Country is in. When you talk about the cost of fuel oil and how it hits a family, our average family income is half what it is down in southern New Hampshire.

What is your theory, here, Chris?

So, you sued Kelly Ayotte for denying your right to know
24 Apr 2008
Is there something I am missing?
Because last I checked, protecting mental processes had to do with protecting a client or the state's strategy in an adversarial context--like in the simplest case, you can't sue to get your opponents notes on the case in order to know what they will say at trial. In this case, though, it's the right to know requests that are at issue. Allowing her to avoid producing documentation about the placement of fingerprints on the clip does nothing to protect her mental process on the right to know case. That's a pretty absurd order.

Look where Floyd shot from by the casings on the grassy knoll. He never spoke to Liko he just started blasting away as the bullet to the barn and Liko's windshield attest Floyd could not have been standing there talking to Liko before he shot him.
As to the clip, yah I think Floyd put it in himself even if Liko started to put it it after Floyd started shooting. We know for FACT that Floyd went home with one of Liko's live rounds on him.
Wait until my guy gets done with the audio. You can hear the Right channel audio faintly throughout the video because while McKay muted his mike and his 2 way radio for some reason, he forgot to turn the back seat mike off:

$2,000.00 for a radio to put on mute?

Oh, yah.

And yes I disagree with the ruling.... IIRC the Court denied the Deposition Notice based on thought processes but denied the fingerprints by virtue of it not being raised in the original complaint, but traditionally in litigation things come up like that.
Now after saying she objected to the fingerprint analysis now she says she doesn't have any, which I find hard to believe.
christopher-king.blogspot.com/2008/04/kingcast-says-kelly-ayotte-and-jeffery_24.html
Also the court just ordered her to produce the homicide manual which she claims is exempt but the court hinted that it is not because it is not prepared in anticipation of litigation of any specific case. More on that soon.
