Orr & Reno; NAACP and Jaffrey Police try to shut down free speech

The NAACP, Jaffrey Police and the law firm of Orr & Reno, who always argue in favor of expansive First Amendment Rights, are all trying to limit the First Amendment Rights of a man who has been wrongfully charged with Attempted Felony Extortion.

Attorney Charlie Bauer, representing Jaffrey Police Chief Martin Dunn, asked that Judge Hicks, (Hillsborough South) review Christopher King's blawg, in attempt to limit what Mr. King may say about his Defamation/First Amendment Lawsuit against Dunn and two NAACP leaders.
Incredibly, they don't want King to be able to post deposition testimony. King says that is because both Defendants Timmons (NAACP President) and Dunn have said some incredibly stupid things Under Oath that they want to keep secret. Too bad, says King. The law doesn't work that way because perhaps 2% of it in Timmons' Depo, and 0% of Dunn's Depo. is private information.
