Prometheus Activates Portsmouth Community Radio - Now on the Air!

Portsmouth Community Radio, WSCA 106.1 FM, came on the air at 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening following an intensive collective effort organized by the Prometheus Radio Project. Prometheus, based in Philadelphia, has played a key role in getting low power radio stations on the air around the country.
